Yes, worth investing. By my own definition, I am a very difficult customer. I’m getting better at it now because I don’t keep asking “has she shipped yet, has she shipped yet”. I’m telling you this because this salesman is the kindest, most patient, attentive, and considerate doll owner I’ve ever met. I don’t understand why he even responded to my email, but he did. He not only met the customer’s expectations, he exceeded them. No one, absolutely no one, makes any mistakes in their dealings with this salesman (it’s as if he’s in the factory personally overseeing every step of the process of making your doll to your specifications).
